Questions
Is there really no limit on leads and conversions?
Yes. The $499 plan has no lead limit, no conversion limit and no per-lead fees. The only rules are the ones in our Terms: lawful traffic and consented leads.
How do I get started?
Request access with a few details about your business. We reply by email, set up your account and get you started.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Your account stays open until the end of the month you paid for, and you're not charged again.
Which buyers can I connect?
Any buyer with an HTTP API: JSON, form posts, XML or plain text, by ping post or direct post. You map your lead fields into their format with a template, then check the exact request on a sample lead before anything goes live.
Why do tracking links need my own domain?
So the reputation of your links belongs to you alone. You point a subdomain such as track.yourdomain.com at TrackDart, and HTTPS is set up for you automatically.
Is my data kept separate from other customers?
Yes. Every account's data is isolated in the database. Your affiliates only ever see their own traffic and their own payouts, never your revenue or your advertisers.
Does TrackDart make me TCPA compliant?
No software can do that on its own. TrackDart gives you the tools: consent fields, TrustedForm and Jornaya certificate checks, litigator, phone and email checks. Collecting valid consent stays your responsibility.
